A giant weeping cherry spreading on the hill

Went to see Matabei-zakura. Much bigger than photos — just standing near it had weight. Branches fell like a waterfall; looking up, almost no sky. Crowded, but everyone looked small next to the tree. Yellow flowers on the stone wall felt like spring too. I couldn't move for a while.
