A thin white falls behind a vermilion pagoda

Seiganto-ji's three-story pagoda and Nachi Falls — a pairing I'd only known from photos, now right in front of me. The vermilion is almost too vivid, which makes the green mountains and white fall line pop even more. I kept looking back as I climbed the stairs. In the end, my first framing was still the one I liked best.
